The revamp comes following a surge in popularity among cyclists in the city for the Sky Lane. Estimates put around 3,000 bikers using the track on weekdays with a whopping 10,000 using it in mornings and evenings on Saturday and Sunday’s.

An event will be held on the weekend of April 8-9 before it’s seven month closure.
