It appears it wasn’t third time lucky for Strikers with the newly opened version 3 of the Soi 4 sports bar now on the market for an asking price of 20,000,000 baht.
Strikers III in the Nana Hotel has been listed on Asian Business Brokers this week after only 6 or 7 months in it’s new home.
I’m not privy to any info into the reasons for the sale, but I do feel for the owners run of bad luck when it came to leases and landlords during Strikers time on Soi 4.
